"BIG ART, BIG DREAMS, BIG DOG" FREEWAY UNDERPASS
		Funded by the City of Phoenix Planning Department and dedicated in November 2001. Kristine collaborated with artists Joan Baron and Felicie Regnier to create this art at the 7th St. & I-17 underpass. The artists collaborated with children from Herrera Elementary School to come up with the concepts, design, and some of the art used.
